For sellers, I will design the perfect marketing strategy. I use a combination of traditional marketing strategies like door knocking, calling my past clients, and neighbors, mailing postcards, etc. I also am going to take advantage of all the cutting-edge technology, and also all the different platforms the internet has to offer to market your property and maximize your exposure. The objective is to have your property in front of motivated buyers that want to buy your property and put you in a position where you are negotiating multiple offers not waiting on an offer. and more. 

For buyers, I have automated systems that will keep you updated on the latest properties that come up on the market, in the area you are looking for. The biggest advantage my buyers have when working with me is that I am on the field every day looking for motivated sellers.
