For sellers, I will design the perfect marketing strategy. I use a combination of traditional marketing strategies like door knocking, calling my past clients and neighbors, mailing postcards, etc. I am also going to take advantage of all the cutting-edge technology and all the different platforms the internet has to offer to market your property and maximize your exposure. The objective is to have your property in front of motivated buyers who want to buy your property and put you in a position where you are negotiating multiple offers, not waiting on an offer. and more.
For buyers, I have automated systems that will keep you updated on the latest properties that come up on the market in the area you are looking for. The biggest advantage my buyers have when working with me is that I am in the field every day looking for motivated sellers. When you are on the market looking to buy a home, you need an agent who is willing to do what it takes to get and find your dream home, and that is me. Also, I only work with seasoned loan agents who will find you the best loan that fits your needs.
Once in escrow, my affiliates and I will follow up with everyone involved in the transaction to make sure things go as smoothly as possible until the escrow closes.
